Why Choose Rochester Periodontics & Dental Implants
Dr. VanRaaphorst practice provides a variety of surgical services. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are very conservative in our treatment recommendations and limit surgery to the areas where it is absolutely necessary.
Many times, the early stages of periodontal disease are best treated with non-surgical periodontal therapy. Even in severe cases, non-surgical periodontal therapy often precedes surgical therapy. This is done to improve the overall tissue quality prior to surgery and also to help limit the areas requiring surgery.
Our Doctors specialize in the conservative treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. We also diagnose and treat oral pathology.
Our office is committed to providing the best dental services possible. That is why we recently invested in an I-Cat Awarding Winning Cone Beam 3D imaging system. We also remodeled our office to better serve our patients.
Dr. VanRaaphorst is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Michigan Periodontal Association (currently serving as President), Midwest Society of Periodontology and the Academy of Osseointegration.
